I understand and acknowledge that this entry will sail entirely at her own risk, that the onus of whether to start a race and to continue to race lies entirely with the Skipper, and that none of the Organisations or persons concerned with the running of the contest accept any liability for damage or injury, material or personal, incurred during the races or at any other time however arising.
