Hi Andrew

Thanks for the great newsletter. Keep them coming.

Referring to your bit in the smooth sailing about too much or too little sailing. We have a two and a half month break with the rest of the year being race after race after race. My wife skippers and I crew on our Flying Dutchman at Pretoria Sailing Club and at the end of this season we could feel that it had been a long season.

It is good to know that we have a two and a half month break. It is giving us a chance to fix the holes in our hull and change rigging that has been bugging us. But next season we are planning to play things a little differently. We are aiming to plan our season out a few months in advance and only sail the events we like. Otherwise it becomes a total blur and no fun.

Regards
Dave le Roux
