Racing Rules of Sailing, THE notice of Race, the Sailing Instructions and all other rules covering this event and indemnify I.S.A.F., SAILING KZN, the Point Yacht Club and any other individual, club or organization associated with this event against any claim arising from loss of life or injury or for loss or damage to any equipment, vessel or personal property, before during or after this event.
