Entries are invited for the fun regatta to be held on 31st May to 1st June 2003.

Organizing Authority
The A.F.Y.C. (Albert Falls Yacht Club) Sailing Committee.

Rules
The regatta will be governed by the 2001/2004 racing rules of sailing (R.R.S.), the S.A.S. (South African Sailing) prescriptions and appendices thereto and the various applicable class rules.

Any alteration to the sailing instructions will be posted in writing on the regatta notice board after the sounding of the appropriate sound signal.

The event is open to all classes.

Entries
The regatta fee is free.

Program
Racing to start when the wind arrives on 31st May 2003.

Registration
No Registration.

Sailing area and courses
The regatta will be sailed at Albert Falls Dam on either a leeward/windward or box course around A.F.Y.C. fixed marks.

Scoring
The low points scoring system R.R.S. Appendix A will apply.

Prizes
No prizes will be awarded.

Liability
All competitors sail entirely at their own risk. Neither the organizing authority, the sponsor's, A.F.Y.C. or any person in anyway concerned with the running of the events accepts any liability for damage or injury arising from or suffered during racing or at any time during the event.

Alternative penalties
R.R.S. 44.2 is amended to provide that multihull yachts shall do a 360-degree penalty.

All entrants are to comply with Mnsinsi regulations

General
Camping is available at A.F.Y.C. from 30th May 2003.
Camping fees are payable at Mnsinsi reception.
Bar will be open from 30th May 2003.
Meals will be available from "The Skoff Box".
Please supply numbers for catering.
